FAQs

Do I need to stay with my child during class?

Yes — our classes are parent-child sessions, so one parent or primary caregiver actively participates alongside your little one for the whole session.

What should I bring to class?

Make sure your child has taken their nap and clean diaper (we don’t want to take time out of your class!) — also don’t forget grip socks are MANDATORY for everyone including parents!

How do I know which class is right for my child?

Group placement is based on your child's developmental stage rather than age alone. Send us a message and we'll help you find the best fit.

What if my child gets upset or doesn't want to participate?

Totally normal! Our instructors are trained to gently guide big feelings — your child can watch, join in whenever they're ready, or take a break with you nearby. There's no pressure.

Do you offer makeup classes if we miss a session?

Please reach out as soon as you know you'll miss a class — makeup options depend on availability that week.

Can siblings join the same session?

Each session is designed around one caregiver and one child so the group size and attention stay balanced. If you have a specific situation, message us and we'll see how we can help.
